REQUIREMENTS
Minimum of 2 year of administrative experience, with multi-tasking experience Excellent phone etiquette Have the ability to write with correct grammar and spelling Be responsible, honest, reliable, punctual and personable Willingness and ability to learn and follow direction… then perform tasks with little supervision Detail minded with the ability to accomplish tasks in a timely manner Good computer skills in Outlook, Word, Excel Construction or building industry-related experience, or stone and tile industry experience is an advantage AR experience is preferable DUTIES (include but not limited to): Answering phones – direct calls or take messages for the appropriate person Answer questions about our product and provide availability and pricing to customers calling in Greet visitors and assist with product selection Input new customers into the sales operating system Maintain customer files & filing Input orders – faxing and/or emailing confirmation of orders and invoicing Set up deliveries General office duties and assistance where needed We are a business casual office.
