This dynamic role is essential in ensuring a seamless tenant experience by fostering strong relationships, streamlining lease administration, and addressing tenant needs with efficiency and care. From greeting visitors and supporting tenants to resolving concerns and assisting with tenant requests, you will play a crucial role in maintaining strong relationships, enhancing tenant satisfaction, and creating a welcoming environment where businesses can thrive. Proficiency in Yardi, Excel, and general bookkeeping is essential for tracking tenant accounts, assisting with financial reporting, and supporting operational efficiency. Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is required to effectively communicate with a diverse tenant base and provide inclusive customer service. Key ResponsibilitiesFront Desk Management Act as the first point of contact for tenants, visitors, and vendors. Maintain a professional, organized, and welcoming environment at all times. Provide bilingual (English-Spanish) communication support as needed. Tenant Relations Respond promptly to tenant inquiries and service requests. Facilitate move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals while ensuring a positive tenant experience. Communicate clearly and respectfully with tenants in both English and Spanish. Lease Administration Assist in preparing lease documentation and amendments. Ensure tenant compliance with lease terms and track critical lease dates. Financial Support & Bookkeeping Monitor rent collections and address billing discrepancies. Utilize Yardi and Excel for financial tracking and reporting. Assist with bookkeeping tasks including invoicing, expense reporting, and account reconciliation. Administrative Tasks Maintain accurate and organized tenant records. Prepare reports and support budgeting, invoicing, and general office operations. Marketing & Retention Support leasing efforts with marketing materials and communication. Help develop and implement tenant retention strategies through regular engagement.
