PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Act as a liaison to business partners, including high-level staff. Act as a liaison to delivery partners. Coordinate onsite team and external visits with a focus on onsite experience. Corporate planning at business unit level (wage data and talent planning) Provide information and direction on behalf of executive to business partners. Handles highly sensitive and confidential information on a daily basis (prepares legal documents) Administers co-op funds Coordinate travel arrangements and coordinate completion of expense reports. Schedule and serve as a primary contact for daily meetings; create documents for meeting (agenda and handouts), distribute meeting minutes, and follow through on action items. Maintains calendars, schedules and e-mail inboxes. Compose, prepare, and distribute reports, materials, and documents (departmental communications, spreadsheets, etc.) Coordinates Company events. Manages the mail distribution system. Coordinates office maintenance/custodial contractors to ensure housekeeping cleanliness and organization.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

Associate’s Degree in general education with specialization in basic office skills. Demonstrated ability to use personal computer and Microsoft Office. Demonstrable oral and written communication skills Good Interpersonal skills Experience in Project Management preferred Ability to work independently Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to work experience, education, geographic location, certifications, etc. Your recruiter can share more about the specific compensation package for your preferred role during the hiring process. Successful candidates in this role are expected to earn $45,344 – $65,728.
