Summary:

Provide administrative support to the Credit Department and the lending staff. Serves as the Secretary to the Bank’s Credit Committee and the Board of Directors. Performs Official Bank duties as required. Provides signature customer service to internal and external customers.

General Description/Duties:

Compose and direct written communication to various people, both outside the Bank and within the Bank Credit Committee loan documentation review, organize Credit Committee folder, and create supporting doc folders Prepare weekly Credit Committee presentation including: Agenda Overdraft report Cash Item report New and Paid Out report Credit Committee PowerPoint presentation Monthly Pipelines, Past Due, and Collateral Exceptions >120 days reports Overdrafts over $1000 report Prepare Credit Committee minutes, finalize loan approvals, update loan review dates, and image documents as necessary Prepare any loan reports that need reporting or approval by Board including over $3MM report Support lenders to include: monthly financial reports and concentrations of loans information as requested CIF Officer cleanup monthly Financial Tracking setup monthly Pull Synergy reports and update financial tracking daily, image financials from lenders and CLP, and cleanup of financial imaging errors PLR tracking and imaging – semi annually Review and label monthly Equifax invoices and send to Accounts Payable Label and image Powell Review memos and update loan review tracking Serve as backup for Letters of Credit and OGL tracking as needed Manage and update the United Bank Board folder as needed Prepare monthly United Bank Board presentation including Agenda, PowerPoint, Binder and United Bank Board reports derived from Loan Officer Analysis Prepare monthly United Bank Board minutes, quarterly UBC minutes, annual Shareholder minutes and Executive Session, and Administrative approval authority minutes as needed. Maintain and send out all bank policies for annual approval Assist Chief Credit Officer and the Credit Administration Department as needed Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:
