LOCATION

Dublin, GA The Community Service Board of Middle Georgia’s Step One department is seeking a dynamic and resourceful individual to serve as our next Secretary! Reporting to the Program Manager, our Secretary will have a focus on scheduling, supply ordering, administrative duties and acting as the assistant to the Program Manager. Responsibilities of the

Secretary:

Complete monthly reports to include Infection Control, TANF, Attendance, Medication, etc. and distribute to appropriate staff as needed Update transportation routes/schedules regularly Orders supplies by determining current needs and predicting future needs according to the established policies and procedures, and budget restrictions to include Step One and Permanent Supportive Housing Complete purchase orders Maintains petty cash/complete ledger when petty cash is needed Completes minutes during staff meetings and prepares them for supervisor approval Assists in planning and arranging day group graduations and preparing gifts when needed Conducts monthly audits on program charts and distributes necessary information accordingly Acts as the building safety officer for assigned location, conducting all drills and maintaining accurate records of drills. And distributes information to staff accordingly Arranges and conducts drug screens for program participants according to program guidelines Oversees Supportive Employment Program (SEP) members assigning duties, scheduling work, monitoring working skills, overseeing daily completion of timecards, calculating monthly payroll sheets based on the number of skill units completed Completes monthly vehicle documentation and sends information to agency Fleet Manager Transports or arranges transportation for program participants as needed Performs all additional duties as assigned Here are some of the things we require: High School Diploma/GED Equivalent Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a high level of professionalism and the ability to work effectively with diverse populations Valid Georgia Driver’s License Ability to work independently and in collaboration with others Experience with Microsoft 365 Office Products Here’s what would put you over the top: Previous administrative/secretarial duties Benefits of Working with
