Administrative Assistant Upatoi Community Church 13730 Macon Road, Upatoi, GA 31829 Upatoi Community Church is looking for an administrative assistant who can work independently, is creative, and resourceful. We need a friendly voice to answer phone calls and a friendly face to greet office visitors. Applicants should be well versed in word/excel. This is a part-time position; working hours would be Monday-Thursday 9am – 1pm.
Job Qualifications:
Ø General computer knowledge Ø Proficient in Microsoft Office Programs, especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, Outlook, Google apps Ø Ability to administrate and update websites Ø Clear, professional, and caring communicator in spoken word and print Ø Good proof-reading skills and knowledge of proper grammar Ø Strong organizational skills and able to multitask Personal Qualities Ø Team player who can take directions well and complete projects in a timely and professional manner Ø Able to work independently and collaboratively Ø Responsible, dependable, punctual, a quick learner and flexible Ø A good listener
