The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth office operations while providing excellent support to staff and management. Duties Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently to maintain up-to-date records. Manage calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings for team members. Utilize phone systems to handle incoming calls, direct inquiries, and take messages as needed. Assist in project coordination by tracking deadlines and ensuring timely completion of tasks. Transcribe documents and correspondence as required, ensuring clarity and accuracy. Proofread documents for grammar, punctuation, and formatting errors before distribution. Support personal assistant duties as needed, including travel arrangements and expense reporting. Maintain organized filing systems for both physical and electronic documents. Utilize QuickBooks for basic bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing and expense tracking. Skills Proficient in data entry with a high level of accuracy. Strong computer literacy with experience in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Excellent proofreading skills with keen attention to detail.
