Customer Interaction:

•Greet visitors warmly and answer incoming phone calls with professionalism.•Provide product information and resolve general customer inquiries.

Financial Tasks:

•Support accounts payable and receivable functions.•Track expenses and help reconcile accounts.

Office Operations:

•Maintain a neat and organized front desk and reception area.•Contribute to the overall smooth operation of the office environment.

PM Skills:

1-4 years

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum 2 years of customer service experience.
