Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities:

Create, update, and maintain PMO plans as well as arrange for auto generation of all preventative maintenance that is required on the Department of Public Works (DPW) contract Investigate and correct errors related to costs, completion dates, and times while working through all orders in GFEBS and Maximo Complete and submit Cost Movement paperwork to Payroll or Procurement for costs that were applied to an order in error Complete orders in GFEBS for all DMO and PMO orders after all the correct costs have been applied Manually complete orders to remove from backlog of incomplete or outstanding orders Other job duties as assigned

Basic Qualifications:

Must have at least 1 years of experience being a General Clerk Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
