?? We are seeking enthusiastic candidatesfor an administrative position of Closing Coordinator for ourMidwest Region. ?? In this position, you will coordinate allaspects of the closing process.?? You??will be responsiblefor??ensuring all necessary documents are accurate and ready forclosing??when all parties meet??to finalize the house transfertransaction. ??

Duties and Responsibilities:

Timely and accurateprocessing of all necessary paperwork and information related tothe closing process Act as liaison and coordinator between theCompany, lending institution, title company,??Realtor and customerSet up and maintain customer files Attend closings, as necessary,in Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky Audit and prepare final bills,deeds and other closing documents Track and distribute keysand??Certificates of Occupancy Prepare and distribute reports toHOA management companies Assist with coordination of the salesfunctions Prepare and distribute weekly, monthly, quarterly andannual reports Update and maintain necessary programs with closinginformation- JD-Edwards Additional administrative tasks to supportthe

Division Requirements, Knowledge and Skills:

2 yearsprevious??experience in mortgage & title industry or homebuildingindustry Past experience in a customer service position Experiencehandling closing coordination and knowledge of closing disclosuresProficient with Microsoft Office –
