Job Description We are seeking a passionate and dedicated front office assitant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for orthopedics and a thirst for continued knowledge and growth. Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment for patients. Answer phones and manage electronic scheduling to coordinate appointments efficiently. Verify and update patient and insurance information with accuracy and attention to detail. Maintain patient charts and electronic medical records, ensuring compliance and proper documentation. Process charge tickets, payments, and deposits in a timely and organized manner. Handle data entry, faxing, filing, and other administrative tasks as needed. Support the team with additional responsibilities to ensure smooth office operations.
