Job Summary As the Legal Office Coordinator, you are the first point of contact for our clients in a fast-paced office environment. You will learn all aspects of our business and use that knowledge to deliver exceptional experiences for our existing and potential new clients. We are seeking driven individuals capable of handling multiple tasks while engaging with our clients in person and over the phone.

  • Act as a liaison between the firm and clients
  • Assist clients visiting the office or through phone conversations
  • Conduct new client intake calls
  • Help clients complete intake documents.
  • Document each contact with the client and share information with firm personnel using email, Microsoft Teams, or other means as directed by the firm
  • Ensure clients remain contented which can involve answering questions or resolving specific client issues.
  • Generate reports on activity and customer interactions
  • Other duties as assigned Basic Requirements and Qualifications
  • At least 1 – 3 years of relevant work experience
  • Legal experience a plus, but not required
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Bilingual- English and Spanish.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of MS Outlook, MS Teams, MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint
  • Understanding of cloud-based software and systems such as Dropbox Benefits
