POSITION SUMMARY

• The Plant Reception & Administrative Assistant is a key member of the administrative and HR support team, serving as both the first point of contact for visitors and callers and as a resource for the HR department. This role combines front desk responsibilities with comprehensive administrative duties to ensure the efficient operation of the office and support functions such as facilities, scheduling, documentation, employee support, and vendor coordination.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. 100% On-Site in our Atlanta – OTP plant Greet and assist visitors, manage visitor check-ins, and direct them appropriately. Answer and route incoming telephone calls and maintain the company telephone list. Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and delivery services. Coordinate reservations for conference rooms and support meeting logistics. Establish site service vendors and routine and serve as the primary point of contact for facility maintenance services across all Georgia locations (e.g., security, HVAC, pest control, cleaning services etc). Provide administrative support to the plant including scheduling meetings and preparing documentation. Serve as a resource for the HR department by assisting with onboarding activities, helping employees with time keeping issues, and assisting with payroll check distribution. Provide Chinese (Mandarin) translation and interpretation services as needed. Manage travel arrangements for staff and visitors, including hotel, flight, and transportation coordination. Handle general office administration such as office supplies inventory, ordering, raise purchase requests (PR), and cubicle assignments. Manage and keep track all company certificates and licenses. Maintain and distribute the Emergency Handbook and other company documents. Support company events, town hall meetings, volunteer activities, and ad hoc projects. QUALIFICATIONS

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each major responsibility satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the major responsibilities. Minimum Associate’s degree in Business or related; Bachelor’s degree is preferred. At least 3 years of related work experience in an administrative capacity. Bilingual in English & Chinese (read, write, and speak) is required. Experience managing an office/production facility Must be proficient in Microsoft Office suite – Word, Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint. Strong organizational, time management, critical thinking and analytical skills. Must be a fast learner with self-motivation and an ability to prioritize and multitask several projects at the same time; follow through and complete the assigned duties on time. Must be proactive, organized and detail-oriented. Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to deal with all levels of employees. Ability to deal with problems involving few concrete variables in complex situation.

Pay:

$18.00 – $20.00 per hour Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
