We are an established Florida-based security surveillance and locksmith company expanding operations into Georgia. Our mission is to provide high-quality service and support to both residential and commercial clients. We are seeking a Part-Time Office Assistant for our new Georgia office to help grow local operations and support our Florida headquarters.
Position Overview:
This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing office with room for advancement. The ideal candidate will play a key role in establishing administrative workflows in Georgia while maintaining coordination with our Florida-based team. The position may grow into a full-time role based on performance and business needs. The ideal candidate will be organized, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple administrative responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and organize customer files Manage incoming email and written correspondence Enter and update customer information in industry-specific software Assist in preparing etimates and sales invoices Review and track the status of estimates Perform accurate data entry of vendor invoices Maintain and monitor office inventory levels Provide administrative support to the Office Manager and Florida office
Requirements:
Must be able to work on-site in the Georgia office Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel Tech-savvy and able to learn industry-specific software Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Excellent communication and time management abilities Able to work independently and collaborate remotely
Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity with invoicing, inventory management, or industry-specific software Previous experience in an administrative or office support role We look forward to hearing from you and building a strong presence in Georgia!
