Candidate(s) must be fluent in English / Spanish; have at least 2-3 years professional office experience; highly proficient with MS Office Suite; and have multi-line phone system skills.
MAIN DUTIES
Greet clients, vendors & visitors; Assist Human Resources with Employee activities; Answer multi-line phones; Use MS Office to create memos, spreadsheets, charts, graphs & displays for postings and presentations; Translate English/Spanish as needed; Schedule company tours; and maintain a clean, organized and presentable lobby area. Need solid spelling, grammar, and communication skills. Additional office tasks could be added once trained. Position will be 90% in an office setting and 10% in the plant updating bulletin boards (policy changes, company news, job openings, special lunch, etc.). If qualified
