As the first point of contact for clients and visitors, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere. Duties Greet family and visitors with professionalism and courtesy, ensuring a positive first impression. Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette. Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for office staff. Assist with administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and document preparation. Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution. Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed. Support the office management team in daily operations to enhance workflow efficiency. Utilize QuickBooks for basic bookkeeping tasks as required. Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Collaborate with medical staff as needed to assist with patient coordination. Qualifications Proven experience in an office or administrative role is preferred. Strong customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction. Excellent organizational abilities with a keen eye for detail. Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is a plus. Experience as a medical receptionist or in a healthcare setting is advantageous but not required. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Strong proofreading skills to ensure high-quality documentation. Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism. Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
