A Bookkeeper/Secretary combines administrative tasks with financial record-keeping responsibilities. This role involves managing office procedures, handling correspondence, and maintaining financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support:
Managing office files and records. Answering phones, greeting visitors. Scheduling meetings and appointments. Preparing documents and reports. Handling correspondence. Transcribing Legal Documents
Bookkeeping Duties:
Recording financial transactions. Maintaining general ledger. Reconciling bank statements. Processing payroll. Managing accounts payable and receivable. Preparing financial statements. QuickBooks Exp. is a must.
Requirements:
Required Skills:
Administrative Skills:
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, communication skills, and proficiency in computer applications (word processing, spreadsheets, accounting software).
Bookkeeping Skills:
