7am - 3:30pm
$17 - 20/hr, Depending on Experience Following is a list of qualifications we feel will be required for the newly created job position:
Accounts payables - check purchase orders and receipts for accuracy, enter vendor bills.
Customer service and parts billing - check customer invoices for accuracy (includes sales tax), scan and email to customers.
Sales tax - prepare monthly sales tax returns and submit to each LA State and parish.
Familiarity with purchasing, parts inventory, the industrial equipment industry, and QuickBooks.
Casual Dress, but presentable
