  • 20/hr, Depending on Experience Following is a list of qualifications we feel will be required for the newly created job position:
    Accounts payables
  • check purchase orders and receipts for accuracy, enter vendor bills.
    Customer service and parts billing
  • check customer invoices for accuracy (includes sales tax), scan and email to customers.
    Sales tax
  • prepare monthly sales tax returns and submit to each LA State and parish.

Familiarity with purchasing, parts inventory, the industrial equipment industry, and QuickBooks.
Casual Dress, but presentable
