Overview We are looking for a Clerical/Technical Assistant who will play a crucial role in supporting the overall workflow processes within the branch. This position involves creating a variety of documents using word processing software, including letters, memos, forms, dictation, and certificates of insurance. Additional responsibilities include data-entry, managing incoming and outgoing mail and answering telephones. How you’ll make an impact What a day will look like Create and format documents such as letters, memos, forms, reports and certificate of insurance. Perform accurate data entry tasks to maintain and update records and databases. Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner, providing information and assistance as needed. Process incoming and outgoing mail, ensuring timely distribution and delivery. Prepare and type checks and forms as required. Maintain an organized filing system for easy retrieval of documents and records. Undertake various duties as assigned. Skills and experience that will lead to success Computer proficiency with MS Office suite Ability to learn new systems and tools Ability to solve problems and think independently Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to pay attention to detail while working under pressure Ability to organize, prioritize, monitor and control workflow, with close attention to deadlines Be energetic/have a sense of urgency About You Required Experience with MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint) High School Diploma/GED Preferred One year of experience in a clerical or administrative assistant role preferably in a corporate environment. Behaviors Proficient in using technology as a tool to maximize productivity and quality. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Effectively manages/balances multiple and sometimes competing priorities.
