  • Providing professional administrative support to a group of employees under the direction of leaders and colleagues.
  • Assisting with meeting logistics, including booking conference rooms, ordering food/drinks, and managing visitor requests.
  • Receiving, screening, and directing incoming calls, visitors, and mail while preparing reports in alignment with procedures and guidelines. This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
