Pay for this position will be $45,000-$50,000 BOE. Hours are M-F/ 8-5pm Full array of benefits offered including medical, dental, vision, 401K matching, and PTO Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Proposal coordination Proposal compilation Report generation Document management Data Entry Responding to emails Proofreading documents Schedule meeting and maintain calendars Preform relevant research Maintain filing system Manage a large Excel spreadsheet
Required:
Bachelors Degree Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite 1+ years working as an Administrative Assistant in a professional office setting
