You will oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation.
RESPONSIBILITY
The Construction Project Administrator primary responsibilities are to support the Project Manager(s) in all aspects of coordinating all the paperwork and details throughout the project(s) lifecycle. This role includes tracking, benchmarking, scheduling, making contract adjustment(s), filing the required municipal permits, collecting and organizing necessary documentation, and maintaining the project(s) schedule. Other responsibilities may include inventory and equipment to ensure that the project meets budget requirements.
SPECIFIC DUTIES
Support project manager(s) throughout the lifecycle of our various projects. Prepare bids, check pre-bid requirements, and send specs/drawings to the project manager(s). Manage contracts and ensure compliance by arranging delivery of bids and contract schedules. Communicate with project managers, contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and insurance agents via phone and email. Participate in pre-bid phone calls, meetings, and video meetings. Track documentation certificates of insurance, subcontractor information, clearances, lien waivers, emergency contracts, warranties, etc. Issue monthly invoices during the project timeline. Maintain deadlines and submit documentation on time.

QUALIFICATIONS
Education & Experience
- bachelor’s degree in construction, business, engineering, or related field. Three (3) plus years of experience in Construction or related field. Construction industry experience preferred. Computer Skills
