This position shall focus on day-to-day project activities. Additionally, the monitoring and reviewing field/service tickets and assuring all factors and associated activities are accounted for so GDS can bill correctly and fully for all services due from customers. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing projects under the guidance of the lead project manager. Help monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure projects remain on track. Conduct research, data analysis, and prepare reports on project progress and performance metrics. Support the development and maintenance of the project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and risk logs. Coordinate and schedule meetings, take meeting notes, and track action items. Assist in identifying project issues and risks, escalating to project managers. Assist in billing/invoicing of services. Assist with ticket request and management. Will leverage some or all of GDS platforms.
