We’re now looking for a motivated and tech-savvy Secretary / Administrative Coordinator to join our team. Job Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized professional who thrives in a dynamic environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, embraces new technologies (especially AI tools like ChatGPT), and can keep multiple moving parts of a business organized and on track.
Key Responsibilities:
General administrative support and office management Creating and organizing documents and workflows Using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) to automate tasks and generate content Entering, tracking, and organizing financial data in our CRM Task and project management across jobs and departments Scheduling for the company, team members, and active roofing projects Coordinating communication and logistics between departments and vendors Supporting leadership with special projects and daily operations
Ideal Candidate Will Have:
Strong technology skills and ability to quickly learn new software/tools Familiarity or comfort using AI platforms (e.g., ChatGPT) High level of organization and attention to detail Strong problem-solving and self-management abilities A basic understanding of accounting principles or financial systems CRM and/or project management experience (preferred but not required) Excellent written and verbal communication skills
