The Assistant Administrator will support the Facility Administrator in overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations, and promoting a culture of excellence, safety, and compassion.
Responsibilities:
Assist in managing facility operations and departmental functions Support regulatory compliance and quality assurance programs Supervise staff performance and ensure adequate staffing Foster positive relationships with residents, families, and staff Help implement policies and procedures to improve resident care and satisfaction
Qualifications:
