Description:
Our New Orleans office is seeking program assistant candidates for various temporary assignments throughout the New Orleans Metro area.
Duties are as follows:
Provides administrative support to office
Scheduling and coordinating meetings
Assist with invoicing/billing
Filing and assisting with projects as needed
Microsoft Office duties
Credentialing experience preferred but not required
Medical secretary experience a plus
Conduct billing and/or collection activities
Other administrative duties as needed
Qualifications:
Strong interpersonal skills, professional demeanor and punctuality
High School Diploma/Equivalent
2 years’ clerical/administrative office experience
Microsoft Navision experience a plus
Salesforce software experience a plus
Excellent oral, telephone, and written communication skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
Able to work independently
Must be able to work calmly under pressure
Ability to multi-task
Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office products
Familiarity with standard electronic office machines (multi line phone, copier, fax machine) Lofton offers benefits, including health, vision, dental and paid vacation after one year of service. Pay rate starting at $16 per hour, DOE. Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm. Temporary to full time position.
