The Project Administrator serves as the lead administrator of the Jackson research lab. This position supports and monitors the implementation of the grant-funded project. Manages day-to-day activities of the Jackson Lab including all research activities, recruiting participants, maintaining study guidelines, collecting data, supervising graduate and undergraduate students in data processing, and assessing compliance with protocol. Works with PI to develop project goals and expectations.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Participate in the development of data collection research protocols established for lab projects.
Ensure timely and accurate collection of required data.
Maintain records in an accurate and timely fashion.
Develop and maintain positive working relationships within the schools and community stakeholders.
Practice within the ethical standards defined by the Louisiana Licensing Board.
Maintain current knowledge of research regarding trauma-informed approaches.

Required Education and/or
Experience:
Master’s Degree in psychology, public health or related field
5 years of experience in research with children and families.
Supervisory and management experience.
5 years of experience in research with children and families.

Compensation Information
