Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain executives’ calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations for meetings and projects. Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and partners, providing a professional and welcoming environment. Answer and manage phone calls, directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel and handling basic information requests. Maintain office supplies inventory, ordering and restocking as needed to ensure a functional workspace. Assist in data entry and maintain databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information. Perform general clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing, emailing, and mailing documents. Collaborate with team members on various projects and tasks to ensure deadlines are met. Support the HR department with onboarding new employees and maintaining personnel records. Coordinate office events, meetings, and conferences as required. Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with regulations.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent is required.
Degree or industry certifications preferred. Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a related role. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to work. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
