Position Summary Major Job Duties The Office Coordinator is an integral role in organizing and coordinating the day-to-day operations of the facilities in their assigned zone. This role also provides support to the site operators and the maintenance team. Primary Responsibilities Assist in coordination of the daily operation and workflow Monitor operational data and generate reports to support the decision-making process Schedule and track maintenance activities to ensure equipment reliability and performance Receive customer work orders from the Office Manager and assign to the appropriate technicians in a timely manner Gather needed inventory requests from the field for orders Track and monitor upcoming deadlines for compliance requirements Ensure that hourly timecards are completed by the relevant employees at the end of each pay period Follow up on the satisfactory completion of customer work orders with our customers Manage the maintenance schedule to ensure the proper maintenance is completed in a timely manner All other duties as assigned Personal Attributes Accuracy
