Job Description
Description We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Brewster, Massachusetts. This is a long-term contract position offering an excellent opportunity to showcase your administrative expertise in a non-profit setting. The role is fully onsite and requires a commitment to delivering high-quality support in a meticulous environment.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to incoming phone calls and provide accurate information or assistance as needed.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Perform data entry tasks with precision and maintain updated records in internal systems.
- Manage email correspondence efficiently, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups.
- Handle both inbound and outbound calls, ensuring clear communication and professionalism.
- Utilize Microsoft Outlook to manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
- Create and edit documents using Microsoft Word to support administrative needs.
- Organize and maintain schedules, ensuring appointments and deadlines are met. Requirements
- Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably in a non-profit or property management environment.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle inquiries effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Word for scheduling and document preparation.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail in data entry tasks.
- Ability to manage email correspondence professionally and promptly.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for inbound and outbound calls.
- Capability to work onsite Monday through Friday, adhering to a 40-hour work week.
