30 AM, TUESDAY/WEDNESDAY/FRIDAYThe Extended Day Assistant acts as a positive role model for students participating in the Extended Day Program providing guidance and leadership to students in a manner that contributes to their care, growth, and development. The Extended Day Assistant is responsible and accountable for the supervision of all student participants at their specific program site. The Extended Day Assistant is responsible for successful, safe operation of daily routines.
Works closely with the Extended Day Coordinator, school administration team, and SICS staff to ensure students are provided with physical activity and cultural enrichment while helping children develop important skills to improve health, intellect, and social skills; Ensures smooth and efficient working relations that positively impact the program;Meets expectations of regular, reliable attendance;Performs other duties as assigned.
