Administrative Assistant – Temporary, Part-time
This temporary, part-time role will play a key role in daily operations.
Candidate must be professionalism and reliable. The ideal candidate must be well organized and able to effectively coordinate administrative projects. This opportunity is an ideal position for someone local to our corporate offices in Waltham who is looking for a flexible part-time opportunity.
Job Responsibilities:
Coordinate calendars and schedule meetings
Some travel arrangements, correspondence, and phone coverage
Prepare expense reports as requested
Oversee overall function (ie order lists, stocking kitchen, receiving packages)
Other projects/support as required
Key Skills:
Prior administrative experience a plus
Calendar scheduling experience a must
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel). Power Point, a plus
Hours and Training:
Corporate Headquarters, Waltham, MA
Starting late July – December
Monday-Thursday
3-4 hours per day
Flexible morning start time
