Job Summary Our client, a life sciences firm located in Bedford, MA is seeking a personable and organized Office Coordinator to join their team for a 3+ month contract. The schedule for this onsite role is 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, and it is compensating $24/hour. Job Responsibilities:
Welcome guests, clients, and employees with professionalism and warmth
Schedule meetings, manage conference rooms, and handle deliveries
Oversee facility vendors, maintain office cleanliness, and supply levels
Perform administrative duties such as filing, scanning, and processing expenses
Support new hire onboarding and setup of workstations
Handle mail and package distribution and shipping
Assist sales teams by shipping marketing materials and demo products
Organize employee experience events and coordinate gifts for milestones
Candidate Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree preferred; 1+ year experience in an administrative/front desk role
Excellent judgment and discretion with confidential information
Strong interpersonal skills and customer-service orientation
Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to multitask
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with office software
