Job Description:

Our client, an Asset Management company in Newton, is seeking atemporary to hire Property Administrator to join their team! Thisrole is onsite in Newton, full time hours Monday through Friday,paying between 25-30/hr, and approximately 3 months with permanentpotential. Interested and qualified candidates are encouraged toapply! Role will sit onsite supporting the Real Estate Servicesteam•responsible for supporting their commercial properties.

Providing administrative support to Property Managers and othermembers of the team Answering phones, greeting, distributing mail,maintaining common/conference/kitchen areas Assisting with RFPpreparation, setting up tenant lease files Light accounting•helpwith annual budget process and processing invoices Strong attentionto detail and ability to prioritize Supporting mostly New England /Upstate New York area properties Heavy customer and client service•experience with this is important Beacon Hill is an equalopportunity employer and individuals with disabilities and/orprotected veterans are encouraged to apply.
