Where is the work:

This position has been designated as a Hybrid work schedule with work performed onsite 3 days each week. Trane has an exciting new opportunity to join our organization as a Service Project Administrator in our Wilmington, MA, Service Operations team. As a Project Administrator, under minimal supervision, this position works closely with multiple Account Managers, and is responsible for project documentation, procurement, and transition. Portfolio includes multiple projects and contracts. This position is required to closely interact with customers, Account Managers, and other assigned project staff to ensure the timely transition of each project and contract, while maintaining professionalism to foster a positive culture.
Responsibilities include the following and other duties as assigned:
Follows established standard work and processes utilizing several enterprise systems, coordinating the transition of projects from Sales to Operations.
Responsible for coordination of transition package from sales to service for quoted projects, service agreements, and rental agreements.
Responsible for monthly service agreement performance analysis and participation in monthly service sales meeting.
Service agreement management with account managers including reports, updates, and renewal tracking.
Responsible for maintaining service databases and new account set up.
Maintains customer satisfaction by investigating concerns, implementing corrective action, and communicating with customers and assigned staff. Schedule and participate in internal project team meetings to ensure accurate transfer of information.
Responsible for general administrative functions to support the operations process, including accurately maintaining project documentation.

Qualifications:

One-year certificate from college or technical school; or three (3) plus years of related experience and/ or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
Participate in and contribute to lean improvements activities.
Must have strong administrative skills, with exceptional organizational skills and high attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, proactive approach with willingness to work independently as well as part of a team.
Demonstrated ability to perform tasks such as problem solving, decision making, learning, rational thinking, and exercising good judgment.
Proven experience prioritizing tasks to meet tight deadlines within a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with the operation of HVAC Systems preferred not required.
Highly competent with Microsoft Office suite: Outlook, Excel, Word, Salesforce, and Teams, in addition to strong computer application and document management skills.

Compensation:
Base Pay Range:

$ 56,000 – $80,000, plus eligibility for overtime.
