Zone Assistant 3.5 3.5 out of 5 stars 186 Middlesex Tpke, Burlington, MA 01803 Position Summary The Zone Assistant delivers the highest quality customer service to all members and guests through professional greetings, account maintenance, and extensive knowledge of Life Time products and services. They proactively meet the needs of members and accurately answer questions. The Zone Assistant supports day-to-day operations of the Zone by partnering with the entire Personal Training team & LifeClinic Physical Therapy & Chiropractic. Job Duties and Responsibilities Welcomes each member and ensure they complete all necessary forms Works with PT staff to ensure accurate information and member service plans Collects and processes payments as needed Works with Personal Trainers to ensure accurate scheduling of members Manages member scheduling through confirmation calls, connecting with missed appointments and rescheduling Serves as an ambassador to members and team member to promote Life Time programming and services Partners with Zone Manager to be a liaison for outreach for the Zone and its services Communicates daily business productivity Assists clients with setup & use of fitness equipment Maintains cleanliness & organization of space & equipment Position Requirements High School Diploma or GED 6 months of experience working in a customer service setting Ability to remain standing for a minimum of 4 hours at a time Life Time is a place for everyone.
