Job Description
Within a high volume setting, provides support functions to the clinical and administrative staff; ensures attention to detail and aids in the completion of patient charging, abstracting, and insurance referrals.
Required Skills/Qualifications/Training/Experience:
One to three years previous experience as a Admirative Assistant in a physicians practice or Clinic environment Command of verbal and written English; positive interpersonal communication skills and good organizational skills. Understanding of referral process. Knowledge of physician appointments and schedule management.
Preferred Skills/Qualifications/Training/Experience:
Knowledge of medical terminology Computer skills
Educational Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
