Duties Oversee daily office operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all administrative processes. Manage front desk responsibilities, including greeting visitors and handling incoming calls. Assist in human resources tasks such as onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records. Coordinate event planning activities, including scheduling meetings, preparing materials, and managing logistics. Supervise office staff and provide guidance to ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time. Maintain organized filing systems for both physical and electronic documents. Support medical office management by ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and policies. Facilitate communication between departments to promote teamwork and collaboration. Qualifications Proven experience in an office coordination or administrative role is preferred. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
