Duties Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and handling inquiries. Coordinate office activities and events, ensuring all logistics are handled efficiently. Supervise administrative staff and support team management initiatives. Assist in human resources functions such as onboarding new employees and maintaining personnel records. Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed. Organize and schedule meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes. Ensure compliance with office policies and procedures while fostering a positive work environment. Support medical office management tasks as required, ensuring adherence to relevant regulations. Requirements Proven experience in an office coordination or administrative role. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
