Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Operations Assistant to support both administrative and sales functions across the organization. This individual will play a key role in streamlining internal processes, supporting financial reporting, and assisting with marketing and business development efforts. The ideal candidate is proactive, dependable, and thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Sales Support Responsibilities Assist with the creation and formatting of sales materials, brochures, and presentations Conduct prospecting research to identify new leads and opportunities Support email marketing campaigns and outreach via platforms like Mailchimp or HubSpot Track lead activity and maintain CRM data Coordinate occasional follow-up communication with potential clients and partners Operations & Administrative Responsibilities Assist with Accounts Receivable (A/R) and Accounts Payable (A/P) entries and tracking Support payroll processing and timekeeping coordination Help manage expense reporting and job cost tracking for active projects Organize and maintain digital and physical filing systems Manage government contract paperwork and ensure documentation is current and accessible Support general office functions and vendor coordination as needed Qualifications 2-3 years of administrative and/or sales support experience Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with QuickBooks, HubSpot, or similar tools a plus Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent written and verbal communication Self-motivated, resourceful, and able to multitask effectively What We Offer Flexibility to work from home after training Company reimbursement of health and dental insurance 401(k) matching Opportunities for sales commission and performance-based bonuses Please provide cover letter.
