billion in 2024. Job Description Sika is looking for an experienced Warranty Issuance Coordinator to join its growing team in the Canton, MA area for our Roofing business. The Warranty Issuance Coordinator is responsible for handling all of the warranty issuance requests. This position reports to the Warranty Service Manager. Field all incoming calls and e-mail requests relating to issuance of warranties. Identify any missing information or potential roadblocks to warranty issuance and identify an appropriate response. Work closely with Regional Offices to ensure owners’/contractors’ requests are met in a timely manner. Research issuance discrepancies by contractors/regions, as needed. Confirm any special warranty requests have approvals. Assist with compilation of quarterly and year-end warranty reports. Add issued warranty data to shared Excel spreadsheets (for Customer Service and Regional Technical Departments) Coordinate Early Bird Warranty requests for issuance. Facilitate warranty transfers. Qualifications High School Diploma. Associate degree (preferred). 5+ years experience in administrative, ideally warranty function. Computer proficiency (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Windows required, SAP and Salesforce desirable). Good written and verbal communication skills. Organized and detail oriented.
