Partnership Admin I works with the BSU Excel team to be a contact between all parties involved with the EXCEL Partnership School District Officials, school district teachers, paraprofessionals, families, and students. The Partnership Admin I also promotes the growth of the

Partnership Resident Life program and implementation.

Monday-Friday, 8:45 AM- 5:00 PM
Saturdays and Sundays as days off
(subject to change) This position is grant funded through August 31, 2026. The terms of this appointment are based on appropriate funding from the grant. This is an AFSCME unit position and is subject to the terms of that union agreement. Essential Duties Coordinate collaborations and communications with current and prospective partnership school districts who have applied to send students to the

BSU EXCEL

Partnership Program .
Assists with the coordination of Partnership Program and Partnership Residence Life family meetings as needed for Partnership-Leadership-team (PLT).
Promote the growth and implementation of

BSU EXCEL

Partnership program with districts and families.
Support Inclusive Student Life Coordinator in event planning for commuter and resident life students.
Prepares program updates to students, district partners and families.
Assist in the coordination of Admissions including incoming inquiry emails from potential students/families .
Assist with the outreach to new K-12 schools and 22 plus serving community organizations to grow residence life.
Prepare documentation and compile data for the Comprehensive Transition and Post Secondary Program.
Assist with admissions communications and processing.
Assists with large EXCEL events like graduation, training, and conferences.
Prepare and updates student credentials for EXCEL programs.

Applicants must have at least (A) two years of full-time, or equivalent part-time, experience in office management, office administration, business administration or business management, the major duties of which included one or more of the following functions: purchasing, personnel management, budgeting, accounting, records management, work simplification, grants management, contract administration or program management, (B) any equivalent combination of the required experience and the substitutions below. I. An Associate’s or higher degree with a major in business administration, business management or public administration may be substituted for the required experience. II. An Associate’s or higher degree with a major other than in business administration, business management or public administration may be substituted for a maximum of one year of the required experience.
