Office Assistant (Non-Work Study)
Position Description BSU’s Children’s Physical Developmental Clinic (CPDC) is a nationally recognized academic program that fosters professional development, service learning, and leadership development. The CPDC affords students from all majors a challenging opportunity to volunteer as clinicians and work with children and youth with disabilities, ages 18 months to 18 years.
The CPDC program is searching for a student office assistant to assist the Program Director with all office responsibilities during the work week.
Responsibilities Includes:
Filing of confidential files
Answering phone calls
Processing mailings
Other duties as assigned
Preferred Qualifications Experience in an office setting
Good customer service skills
Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
