Office Assistant Morrell Associates Laboratory Marshfield, MA 02050 Job Summary Ideal for individuals interested in supplementing their current income. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, fast typing skills, and telephone support experience. Duties Fast and accurate typing ability for number entries and letters. Excellent phone etiquette with ability to be patient and understanding to callers. Perform general office tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining organized records. Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and handling incoming calls with professionalism. Assist in scheduling appointments and managing calendars for team members. Utilize Filemaker for basic accounting tasks. Provide support to other employees. Maintain an organized workspace and ensure that supplies are stocked and readily available. Collaborate with team members on various projects, ensuring deadlines are met through effective time management. Skills Proficiency in Filemaker is preferred. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Excellent time management abilities to prioritize workload effectively. Experience in an office setting or as a personal assistant is a plus. Familiarity with front desk operations and customer service best practices. Strong typing skills for accurate data entry and documentation. $20/hour until training is completed . Regular starting hourly income is $23/hour.
