Job Description
Full-Time/Regular Key Responsibilities:
? Provide clerical, secretarialand accounting support for the Athletics Business Office that supports afirst-class experience for student-athletes. ? Responsible forprocessing all order requests, invoices and reimbursements. ? Review andgenerate purchase orders, ? P-Card purchases and all payments due tovendors and contracted service providers. ? Review, record and processall travel and expense reports. ? Assist the Assistant Director ofFinancial and Business Operations with ticket manager responsibilities.
Required Skills ? Bachelor’s degree required. ? One to three years ofoffice experience preferred. ? Knowledge of University, NCAA and PatriotLeague policies and rules.
