Job Description
Description We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our team in Hyde Park, Massachusetts. In this long-term contract position, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth office operations, supporting various tasks, and maintaining organizational efficiency. Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize daily office operations, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records using Office applications.
- Create and format documents, including mail merge operations, for internal and external communications.
- Handle scheduling and coordinate meetings, appointments, and events.
- Prepare reports and presentations using tools like Excel to support team objectives.
- Respond to emails, phone calls, and inquiries in a timely and organized manner.
- Maintain filing systems, both digital and physical, to ensure easy access to important information.
- Collaborate with team members to support ongoing projects and administrative needs.
- Order office supplies and manage inventory to ensure resources are readily available.
- Assist in preparing and distributing correspondence and other important documents. Requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Experience with mail merge and other document creation tools.
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Previous experience in an administrative or office support role.
- Familiarity with maintaining both digital and physical filing systems.
