Administrative support work for our Private Counsel Oversight Department, tracking assigned and unassigned cases, looking up cases in court system website.

Complete Description:

This Administrative Assistant role will assist the Private Counsel Oversight Department in tracking assigned and unassigned cases throughout Massachusetts while there is an active attorney shortage for our cases. The role will receive daily lists of unassigned clients, track these lists, look up cases in the MassCourts system, and keep a tracking spreadsheet daily. Other administrative support tasks may be required as well depending on the needs of the office.
