Job Posting Description TheAdminBusiness Supportroleperforms routine administrative and clerical support duties for a departmentor team of individual contributors, using existing procedures to solve routine or standard problems.
Most interaction is with the Manager level or below to take direction/guidance on requested support. Under general supervision, may compile data with standard computations, process and code documents and maintain records and files. May also assist in coordinating routine activities within the department.
What you will do:
Performs routine administrative and clerical support for department
Basic reporting and data entry
Answer phone calls, check team s voicemail inbox
Draft standardized letters using a template
Send outgoing mail and distribute incoming mail
Other duties as assigned What you will bring: Associates Degree or equivalent work experience
0-2+ years in administrative or clerical function What will set you apart: Basic computer skills, Microsoft office suite desired
Works under direct supervision with minimal decision making

00 The salary range above shows the typical minimum to maximum base salary range for this position in the location listed. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation offered may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.
