The Assistant Personal Training Director plays a vital role in supporting the Director of Personal Training in managing trainers, overseeing client consultations, handling sales, coordinating events, and driving business growth. This position is designed for a motivated individual with leadership experience in fitness management, sales, and event execution, ensuring Elite Home Fitness maintains its high-quality standards and client satisfaction. Trainer Management & Support Assist in leading and managing a team of personal trainers and Personal Trainer Counselors. Conduct weekly check-ins and monthly training sessions for performance evaluation and development. Address day-to-day concerns raised by trainers and provide solutions in collaboration with upper management. Step in as an active trainer when needed to cover emergency sessions and ensure client satisfaction. Facilitate continuous education and professional development for trainers through workshops and training programs. Client Consultations & Sales Conduct client consultations to assess fitness goals and recommend personalized training programs. Communicate the value and benefits of Elite Home Fitness services , ensuring alignment with client expectations. Close paid consultations independently , ensuring smooth onboarding of new clients. Implement strategies to increase client retention and engagement for long-term results. Event Management & Brand Promotion Plan, set up, and execute Elite Home Fitness pop-up events in luxury residential buildings. Engage with residents at events to promote services and generate new client leads . Coordinate with property managers and event organizers to ensure smooth execution. Train Personal Trainer Counselors on event management and client follow-up strategies . Business Development & Franchise Support Assist in franchise expansion by supporting marketing campaigns and lead generation efforts. Work alongside the Business Development team to implement targeted business strategies . Help Businesses develop local marketing plans, promotional events, and sales strategies . Monitor performance metrics and provide insights for improvement. Strategic Growth & Leadership Development Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to expand client outreach. Analyze client feedback, market trends, and sales performance to refine service offerings. Oversee lead generation processes and ensure timely follow-ups on potential client inquiries . Provide support in long-term business strategy development with the Director of Personal Training. Onboarding & Training Period Engage in a 90-day onboarding and probationary period to learn Elite Home Fitness’ processes, branding, and client service model . Shadow the Director of Personal Training to gain full insight into business operations. Develop foundational skills in trainer management, client sales, and event execution . Transition into full leadership responsibilities upon successful completion of the probationary period . The Assistant Personal Training Director is responsible for bridging fitness management, client experience, and business development to drive Elite Home Fitness’ success . This position requires leadership, strategic thinking, and hands-on engagement in both training operations and business growth initiatives.
