- The AdministrativeAssistant II provides essential administrative and clerical support toensure the smooth and efficient operation of college offices andprograms.
Working both independently and as part of a team, theincumbent manages multiple priorities and responds to diverse demandswith professionalism and sound judgment. This role requires a highdegree of organization, attention to detail, and the ability to maintainconfidentiality while fostering a welcoming environment for students,faculty, staff, and visitors. Responsibilities include managingcommunication and information flow, supporting budget and reportingprocesses, coordinating events, and assisting with general officeoperations in compliance with institutional policies.

Main Responsibilities:
- Provideadministrative support to the dean and departmental staff.
- Managecalendars, prepare correspondence, handle office communications
- Support budget management, processing expenses, and procurement
- Coordinate events, meetings, and special projects.
- Assist with facultyand student inquiries, admissions, and records.
- Prepare documents formeetings, accreditation, and new programs.
- Supervise student workersand assist with contracts and external communications.

Qualifications:
- High School diploma with 3+ years of officemanagement experience or an associate?s degree with related experience
- Skills in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and basic financial systems
- Ability to organize, handle confidential info, and multi-taskeffectively.
- Background check required.
